Job Description:
Join a private practice in Lakewood. NJ as an OB/GYN MD, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our private practice, hospital, and birthing center. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
* *Patient Care:*
* Conduct thorough examinations and provide expert medical care to women across all life stages.
* Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, perform routine prenatal care, and manage high-risk pregnancies.
* Perform surgical procedures, including C-sections and other obstetric and gynecologic surgeries.
* *Collaboration:*
* Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for patients.
* Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
* *Setting Rotation:*
* Rotate between our private practice, hospital, and birthing center, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling work experience.
* Manage patient caseloads in each setting, adapting to the unique demands and challenges of each environment.
* *On-Call Responsibilities:*
* Participate in the on-call schedule to provide 24/7 coverage for obstetric emergencies.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and perform necessary interventions as needed.
* *Professional Development:*
* Stay current with the latest medical advancements, technologies, and guidelines related to OB/GYN care.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
* Valid medical license in NJ.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
