The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Critical Care and Allergy is seeking 3-4 additional intensivists to join a group of 10 pediatric intensivists/pulmonologists caring for patients in Riley Hospital for Children, Methodist Hospital and Clarian North under the Clarian Health Care system and Indiana University.  A new Pediatric Critical Care fellowship program is being established.  

The position includes responsibility for clinical service as well as resident and fellow education, sufficient flexibility exists for applicants desiring clinical or basic science research careers.  Start date for the position is negotiable.  The Indiana University Department of Pediatrics includes 215 faculty members and has doubled in size in the last seven years.  The Division of Critical Care provides clinical services at Riley, a 260-bed pediatric subspecialty referral institution with 38 PICU beds, Methodist (12 bed PICU) and Clarian North (8 bed PICU).  

RileyHospitalfor Children is among the five largest Pediatric residencies in the nation and among the top 20 pediatric research programs nationally.  Riley Hospital for Children and the Indiana University School of Medicine are located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, which is the 12^th largest city in the United States with a population of 1.7 million.
