Marietta Memorial Hospital consists of a 200 bed not-for-profit community hospital; The health system is also comprised of our 25 bed critical access hospital (Selby General Hospital), a full service cancer center, rehabilitation center, extended care facility and a retirement community.  We were named to the list of Top 10 Employer’s in Ohio for 2008.   

Marietta Memorial Hospital is a progressive and financially sound hospital committed to state of the art OR's and technology.   Our medical staff has 140+ members and encompasses all specialties including a hospitalist program, neurosurgery, and plastic/reconstructive surgery. 

We have recently been named to the Top 5% in the nation for patient safety.

Marietta Memorial Hospital completed a 94,000 square foot, $25 million dollar expansion designed to provide better access to care for patients and families in July 2005. It is housing a new 18,000 square foot emergency department that provides up to 30 treatment rooms, new operating rooms, family-friendly waiting areas and support services. 

Business and manufacturing includes Dupont, SABIC Innovative Plastics, Kraton, Hino Motors, Thermo Scientific and Americas Styrenics within service area.
