We are currently seeking qualified full-time and part-time Emergency Physicians for the Emergency Department at La Porte Regional Health System, located in La Porte, Indiana. The renovated 12-bed Critical Care Emergency Department provides emergency care to over 22,000 patients each year.
 
Physicians who take advantage of this Emergency Medicine job opportunity will enjoy local physician leadership, flexible scheduling, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, free online CME, and freedom from non-competes. The administrator’s compensation package also offers a substantial monthly stipend. ECI also offers personalized scheduling, credentialing, and recruiting services.
 
La Porte Regional Health System, a regional acute care facility provides healthcare services to the residents of northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Included in its 227 private rooms is a 12-bed Critical Care Unit. Opening its doors in 1972 and after accomplishing renovations in 1996, the hospital now staffs over 100 physicians engaged in primary medical care specialties.
 
La Porte, Indiana, a community of 30,000 people, is located 70 miles from downtown Chicago, 15 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan, and one-half hour from Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana. La Porte is often referred to as “The Maple City” or “The City of Lakes” because of its beautiful maple trees and the six lakes around which it has grown. All physicians are partners of Maple City Emergency Physicians, LLP, a registered limited liability partnership. Physician partners are eligible for health, optical, and dental insurance at group rates. Physicians have the option to participate in a 401(k) plan, as well as life and disability insurance at group rates.
 
Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine or a Primary Care Specialty.
