Location Description:
O’Fallon, Missouri, is located in the central portion of eastern Missouri, in St. Charles County. St. Charles County is the fastest growing county in Missouri and among the fastest growing regions in the United States. It is situated on Interstate Highway 70 in St. Charles County, about 30 minutes west of the St. Louis city limits and 10 miles from St. Peters, Missouri. The city is generously bisected in a north-south direction by Interstate 70 and is also bisected by Missouri State Highway K.

Qualifications:
All interested candidates must be residency-trained or board-certified in a Primary Care specialty or Emergency Medicine. Third year Emergency Medicine Residents are also accepted.
