Facility expansion projects include $7.8 million for 20,000 square feet of new and renovated space to the Emergency Care and Chest Pain Center and Women’s Imaging Pavilion, with investments to support oncology services and emergency care, e.g. six rooms as cardiac emergency response rooms, improved ambulance service bays and expanded waiting area.  Recently completed, is a 70,000 square foot expansion for an additional floor and a multi-million dollar Intensive Care Unit with 13,000 square-feet and cutting-edge technology and beautiful Bay views. 

The Center for New Life birthing center offers 19 private birthing suites and special operating suites for C-Sections.  An expansive 20,000 square-foot Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation and Therapy complex offers therapy treatments including aquatic, pediatric, physical, hand and occupational therapy; and satellite facilities in 4 community locations and athletic trainers in more than 10 area high schools.
