This full time position includes an income guarantee, bonus opportunity, a full-benefit package, insurance, moving expense, and more. The hospital will provide office space, billing services, equipment, furnishings and supplies for proper operation.  Conway Regional has already hired two hospitalists with plans to hire at least two more. 

Conway Regional has made significant investments in medical and information technology, and we maintain a high nurse-to-patient ratio.  Our 149-bed facility is the sole hospital in our county.  The Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center is one of the largest hospital-based fitness centers in the nation.
