Credentialing Requirements

State Medical License: Arizona State Medical License

Board Certification: Preferred but not required

Specialty: EM, IM, FP, GS ED

Experience: Within past 2 years

Other Training: ATLS and PALS, helpful.

Additional Comments: A new ER was expanded to accommodate 8 beds, secured admitting, CT scans, isolation room with separate entrance and urgent care unit. Based on the needs of the patient, quick transfer can be made to nearby facilities or admission at Benson Hospital.
