One of our premier hospitals in scenic Chattanooga has an employment option to share patient care responsibilities with another BC pulmonary/critical care physician. This 296-bed acute care hospital has a 12-bed MICU and 12-bed SICU units. It is not designated as a Trauma Center. Practice averages 18-20 patient office visits daily, 20-25 hospitalized patients with 5-6 ICU consultations weekly. Interpret pulmonary function tests, pulmonary rehab on site with convenient office location on site as well. Employed model, with fringe: health/malpractice insurance, retirement planning, fees/dues, malpractice, travel allowance, CME/Vacation, relocation, practice start-up assistance, marketing. Concentrate on rendering quality patient care and leave the daily burden of office management behind.
