CentraCare Clinic is part of CentraCare Health System, which was founded in 1995. It consists of one regional medical center, St. Cloud Hospital, two rural hospitals, 10 clinics, and four long-term care facilities. The system serves more than 643,000 people in a 12-county area and offers a variety of outreach services to more than 25 communities.
