Established Radiation Oncology practice (3 physicians and 1 physician assistant) is seeking to expand due to continued growth and success of program and increased community need. General Radiation Oncologist, fellow optional. Average number of patients is 30 per day. Call schedule is 1 week per month and 1 weekend per month. Compensation package includes guaranteed base salary plus bonus potential, in addition to excellent benefits to include 4 weeks vacation annually, CME time, retirement plan and medical malpractice.
Southeastern Radiation Oncology, a part of the Cancer Center at Cape Fear Valley Health System, Fayetteville, NC, offers leading edge technology, including a revolutionary CT simulator, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Image-Guided Radiation Treatment, the most advanced form of 3-D treatment available. The Cancer Center is equipped with four linear accelerators, which use radiation to treat cancer, and two simulators, which are used to plan the cancer treatment. Our approach to cancer treatment is multi-disciplinary, meaning that our team of specialists collaborates to provide comprehensive care that meets the physical and emotional needs of cancer patients and their families.
