Job Description

 

ECHN is looking for a (BE/BC) Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a full-time position at our community general hospital with our comprehensive psychiatry department. 

This position includes:

--Psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents in   the Outpatient Service and Partial Hospital/Intensive Outpatient Programs.  
--Clinical supervision for staff in the Outpatient Service.
--School psychiatric evaluations.
--Contracted services at community clinics and group homes.
--Possibility of adult outpatient medication management if interested. 
--A light call schedule is anticipated at 1/8 weeknights with added compensation.

Rockville General Hospital licensed for 102 beds and 34 bassinets, offering medical and surgical services, 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic services, modern birthing suites, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.

Woodlake at Tolland, a 100-bed long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation facility
