PRACTICE TYPE: Multispecialty Clinic with 27 providers and a successful 58 year history. Join 12 other IM physicians. 4 day work week. Call is 1:11 and 1:6 on weekends. Income guarantee for the first year and then partnership.

Benefits during the employment period include major medical health insurance for the provider, a moving allowance up to $7,500, long term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 12 days of vacation a year, 6 days of CME leave a year, and the following paid and continued to be paid by the Clinic when contract status or Partnership is accomplished:
