Elliot Health System, the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire, seeks an additional Endocrinologist to join John Poremba, MD and Elliot Endocrinology Associates.

The preferred candidate will be BE/BC in Endocrinology and have a passion for clinical excellence. We provide specialized care in diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, and other hormone conditions.

Located in Manchester, New Hampshire, the office is fully equipped including office ultrasound machine that allows ultrasound guided thyroid biopsies on site. Elliot Health System (EHS) Elliot Hospital is a 296-bed, JCAHO-accredited acute care facility and level II Regional Trauma Center, which is distinguished by its extensive Primary Care Physician Network, Women's Health Program, Geriatrics Programs, a Regional Cancer Center, and a Level III NICU.  Construction is underway on The Elliot at River's Edge, a state-of-the-art 236,000 square foot ambulatory care center. In addition to orthopedic surgery, the center will include urgent care, diagnostic imaging, pain management, laboratory services, and a number of other medical and support services.
