The Department of Surgery of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is seeking two full time Pediatric Surgeons.  These individuals would be part of a three person division.  This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surgeons to help guide further development of a growing program. The practice setting is University Health Systems Children’s Hospital with immediate plans for a 3-story addition to be completed in 2012. 

Current pediatric subspecialty support includes:

• Neonatology
• Hospitalists
• Gastroenterology
• Nephrology
• Intensivists
• Pulmonology
• Endocrinology
• Cardiology,
• Hematology/Oncology

The candidate should be Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery.  Candidates must have excellent clinical skills and a commitment to education and/or research.  Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and relocation are provided.
