The Department of Surgery of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is seeking two full time Pediatric Surgeons. These individuals would be part of a three person division. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surgeons to help guide further development of a growing program. The practice setting is University Health Systems Children’s Hospital with immediate plans for a 3-story addition to be completed in 2012.

All facilities will be on the Pitt County Memorial Hospital campus. Pitt County Memorial Hospital is a 761-bed Level 1 Trauma Center.
The Department of Surgery of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is a growing department with over 30 full time faculty members providing a broad range of surgical services. The department has a national and international reputation in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery, surgical oncology and trauma and surgical critical care. In conjunction with Pitt County Memorial Hospital it seeks to develop world-class services related to the care of the pediatric patient.
