plus:  RVU incentive model on basis of average WRVU of 3,872

• Extra compensation for teaching - $20.00 per hour

·         Current panel of 3,500 patients

·         700 allergy injections

·         3,400 square foot office, 6 exam rooms

·         55% percentage of practice is Pediatrics

·         Required Board Certification or currently in process
