Kinwell is bringing a new standard of primary care to communities across Washington. Kinwell has opened 17 new clinics across the state since 2021 with more following in 2024.  We are leveraging our investment from Washington’s largest not-for-profit health plan, Premera Blue Cross, to create a primary care offering that is holistic, seamless and care centric. We are working to make a change for our communities; this journey begins with how we serve our patients.

Job Requirements

• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
• BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Geriatrics
• Unrestricted DEA,NPI & prescriptive authority
• Ability to be credentialed under Medicare
• Proficient in use of the EMR

Nice to bring, you might have these

• Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills
• An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates)
• A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care
• Degree in population health management
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Two or more years of experience
