Interview Process / Data Collected
Physician Interviewers speak with each graduating resident and fellow to verify contact information and ask a series of questions ascertaining detailed information on credentials, personal data, geographic and practice preferences.
The Interview Process provides the following features:
- Candidates are profiled based on 70 criteria, from professional goals to spousal considerations
- Profiles are collected verbally through telephone interviews and are accessible online.
- PracticeMatch information on physicians actively seeking new opportunities is not sold to or shared with any 3rd party search firms or list houses.
- You can see where the candidate has interviewed and what offers they have received
