Exports, Labels, Mail Merge
PracticeMatch Portfolio allows clients to easily export mailing lists, calling lists, and other types of files. Clients can select from a variety of file formats for convenient use with desktop applications. Clients can select which fields they want in the file by choosing from different variations of the name, addresses, phone numbers, specialty, degree, etc. Templates of these field choices can be saved for future convenience. The information can be downloaded directly to a computer, or can be E-mailed to anyone, such as yourself, a mailing house, coworker, etc. PracticeMatch Portfolio can create files from small lists, or even entire folders of candidates.
These files are perfect for use with label printing software, exchanging information with a mailing house, or using your own Microsoft Word or other applications to print lists or labels.
