Salary: $85k – $95k

Summary:

Department is an integrated patient-centered primary care clinic serving insured and uninsured children and adults with a special emphasis on care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural and social barriers. This position is a working Clinic Manager with administrative and managerial duties in a team and mission-based setting to provide direct oversight and direct clinical support for leading the daily and administrative operations and will provide direction and leadership required for participation in the Patient Centered Primary Care (PCPCH) model. Clinical manager will ensure quality supervision for the effective, efficient operation of clinical services including support and leadership to clinical support team members to assist in developing high-functioning self-directed teams.

Experience/Education/Licenses/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare clinic operations including function responsibilities of managing staff and programs is required.
