ICU NP/PA Opportunity

Blessing Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Critical Care team in a collaborative, high-acuity Intensive Care Unit environment.

Position Highlights

  • 16-bed Intensive Care Unit
  • Dedicated Nocturnist schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 7-on / 7-off rotation
  • Required to work 162 shifts annually
    **Compensation is based on 182 shifts per year, providing the equivalent of additional paid time off
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary critical care team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of ICU/Critical Care experience required
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification or Physician Assistant certification required
  • Board certification required and expected of all providers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in critical care procedures
  • Intubation and procedure experience required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary starting at $160,000, with additional compensation based on experience
