Join Our Team as an Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner and Make a Difference in Cardiac Care!
Are you a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in electrophysiology seeking a rewarding opportunity in a vibrant healthcare environment? What You’ll Do:
- Support electrophysiology departments by assisting with consults, patient assessments, consent processes, MRI device programming, and tilt table tests.
- Provide exceptional outpatient care for patients of all ages, performing approximately 20 consults and 6 procedures daily.
- Collaborate closely with a team of ER physicians and cardiology specialists to deliver seamless patient care.
- Engage in cutting-edge procedures and innovations in heart rhythm management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner specialty related to electrophysiology or cardiology.
- Valid state license and DEA certification.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization labs.
- Familiarity with MRI device programming and tilt table testing.
- Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support or related specialties.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited program.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or cardiac clinics.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain and maintain state licensure and certifications.
- Travel arrangements paid, including full coverage of flights, hotel ($180 cap), and rental car ($65 cap) if required.
- Availability to start on July 27, 2026, for an initial 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanent placement.
