NP/PA Family Medicine/Internal Medicine in CA

Practice Duties: Practice as part of a 3-5 physician “team” (will vary with the practice site), primarily seeing scheduled follow-up visits (chronic disease) and some same-day visits (acute problems), some physical exams (school, sports, etc.), rarely new patients.  The main focus will be chronic disease management with some acute care.   

Office Hours:  Typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, with a one hour lunch break. 

Electronic Medical Record:  Converting to Epic Systems end of 2019. Currently GE Centricity.   

Office Staffing:  MA assigned to you, with “float” LVN available as needed.    

Schedule:  Monday – Friday (typically 8 a.m. to noon; 1-5 p.m.)    

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• CA License
• DEA License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
