Offer Package Outline:
Starting Salary: $260,000 + based on experience
Hospital Employee
PTO – 240 PTO Hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays
Sign-on Bonus $25,000
Tuition Reimbursement $30,000/Year for 5 years
Moving Expense Allowance up to $10,000
Annual CME allowance $4,000
Malpractice Insurance- Occurrence Based
Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employee’s expense)
Eligibility to participate in the Medical Center’s 403(b) retirement plan
Medical and Dental Insurance
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
