Position Requirements:

• Under the general supervision of an anesthesiologist, will provide professional anesthesia services in all hospital areas to all patient populations. And will assist with anesthesia-related medical situations such as, airway management and pulmonary ventilation.
• Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists as a CRNA, Licensure as a Registered Nurse in NYS.
• General, Endo, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, Urology, ENT. MUST be able to do Spinals and Epidurals.
• Participate in the on-call pool with NO second call.
• Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing high quality care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with all types of individuals within a wide range of personality traits and socioeconomic statuses
• Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community

Offer Package Outline:

Starting Salary: $260,000 + based on experience
Hospital Employee
PTO – 240 PTO Hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays

Sign-on Bonus $25,000

Tuition Reimbursement $30,000/Year for 5 years

Moving Expense Allowance up to $10,000

Annual CME allowance $4,000

Malpractice Insurance- Occurrence Based

Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employee’s expense)
