This clinic provides services to the surrounding community through a delivery model that is a combination of family medicine practice, walk-in same day care with ancillary services.  These services are co-located under the same roof, sharing the same space, and work in concert for the benefit of area patients by:

• Addressing acute, preventative and chronic disease management
• Serving as a continuity of care resource during evening and weekend hours
• Provide a local resource for moderate lab, and digital x-ray needs
• Finally meeting the acute needs of adults who may perceive they do not need a primary care physician but would benefit greatly from health management

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
