Dizon Medicine is a mom and pop family owned medical  corporation that is partnered with the local Community Health Partner (CHP) with a vision and mission of delivering primary, specialty and urgent care that alleviates provider shortage and elevates health and wellness in the Central Valley. 

We are rapidly expanding and adding 4 offices to our existing two.  We believe in recruiting providers who value the work life balance and who engage actively in their community’s welfare and growth.
