Jordan Valley Medical Center - West Valley Campus, is a 102-bed, state-of-the-art hospital.

Heart Care: Our experienced heart team is committed to delivering expert heart care. We offer a broad range of cardiac services, from sophisticated testing for early diagnosis to interventional treatments in our catheterization suite with dedicated staff 24/7.

Stroke Treatment Center: Our certification as a primary stroke treatment center is another step in our overall stroke treatment program, which includes specialized stroke treatment training for ER physicians, nurses and our emergency medical services, along with patient rehabilitation services and a stroke support group for continued healing.

Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Services: Comprehensive orthopedic services including total joint replacement for knees, hips and shoulders; joint repair procedures; spine surgery; and a sports medicine program (Sports Med Utah). As part of our rehabilitation services, we have a large swimming pool on campus for aquatic therapy.

Diagnostic Imaging: Advanced imaging technology including a 64-slice CT scanner, MRI, nuclear medicine, digital mammography and ultrasound.

Behavioral Health Services: The Behavioral Health Services team provides comprehensive psychiatric care for adults. The 26-bed, state-of-the-art psychiatric unit provides inpatient services. The outpatient clinic provides medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, collaboration with patient’s family or identified support system and association with local mental health community authorities to provide additional support and resources for our patients.

Rehabilitation Services: Outpatient services including physical, occupational and speech therapies. 

Located less than 20 minutes from Salt Lake City, West Valley City is the second-largest city in the state of Utah.   It is home to both Utah Grizzlies and the USANA Amphitheatre, an outdoor venue that accommodates audiences of 20,000 for music festivals and touring artists.

West Valley City has affordable housing, an excellent public school system which all contribute to a high quality of life.  Drive just a few minutes outside of West Valley City, and you’ll find seven world-class ski resorts.
