Lone Star Circle of Care is a federally qualified Community Health Center (CHC) and a nonprofit organization whose goal is to serve as a health care “safety net” for Central Texas. By providing a healthcare home for the uninsured and underinsured, CHCs increase access to health care and improve the health of the population. 

Patients have access to quality, person-centered routine and acute care as well as chronic disease prevention, treatment and management.
