The new outpatient facility located in Powderly, KY, supports Owensboro Health’s mission to heal the sick and to improve the health of the communities we serve by providing a wide range of outpatient services as well as providing patients convenient access to the care they need when they need it.

Healthplex Services include laboratory, occupational medicine, primary care (FM) radiology, urgent care as well as imaging services: X-ray, mammography,
DEXA bone scan, CT scan, ultrasound.

Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital is located in Muhlenberg County in western Kentucky. Muhlenberg County borders Butler, Christian, Hopkins, Logan, McLean, Ohio, and Todd counties and covers an area of 478 square miles.
