ProHealth Physicians is Connecticut’s largest physician-led health care delivery system. Formed in 1997, it includes more than 360 primary care and specialty physicians and advanced practice clinicians, and offers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Made up of community-based physician practices, ProHealth focuses on continuous improvement and ongoing expansion of clinical programs to support wellness and to prevent and treat chronic illnesses.
