Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital is the only hospital in Leslie County, with a population of over 13,000, and is part of the not-forprofit Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. Located in the beautiful mountains of southeastern Kentucky, the 25-bed facility provides basic necessary services and partners with a strong network of healthcare providers to care for the residents of its community. Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital offers a variety of inpatient services, state-of-the-art diagnostic and ancillary services, and houses the Wasson Rural Health Clinic.

Located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Hyden was founded in 1878 and has made large contributions to the bluegrass music culture. Situated along the Middle Fork of the Kentucky River, Hyden has a small town charm and offers hunting, ATV trails, camping and hiking.
