St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is a 700-
bed academic tertiary care medical center.
St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is located on the Paterson campus and regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians, and performs both complex and routine procedures. The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women’s health, imaging and pediatrics.

• Awarded Magnet® recognition as part of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program® —four consecutive times Commission on Cancer Accreditation
• Designated as one of the first three facilities in the state of New Jersey to receive accreditation from the Laboratory Accreditation Board of the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) for comprehensive high caliber EEG Laboratory Services
