About Stamford, CT

Stamford is the second-largest city in Connecticut with a population of over 135,000 and is also the fastest-growing city in the state with a rapidly growing millennial population.  New comers are drawn to our region for an imptoved quality of living, while still having access to NYC via commuter rail or car.  Downtown Stamford continues to expand with the opening of new high-rise apartments, restaurants and boutiques, and is a great walk-able city with a downtown Target, shopping mall, a UCONN campus branch and Mill River Park with a carousel.

Nearby is the Chelsea Piers Sports Complex and upscale SoNo Collection shopping mall with Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom as well as other fine retailers.  Our area boasts some of the top public and private schools in the country.

The New Stamford Hospital  opened in September 2016 is the region’s only state-of-the-art, patient-centered, healthcare facility and one of the city's largest employers.
