We are currently recruiting for a Family Medicine physician to join the team of physicians in our Benson, MN site. This opportunity offers a two year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, production incentive plan, and an excellent comprehensive benefits package. This opportunity requires the physician to have both an inpatient and outpatient practice; along with the ability to provide obstetrics and c-sections, if interested in OB care.

Benson maintains two family medicine physicians and three mid-level providers who serve Swift County-Benson Hospital, a 31-bed facility, and a 69-bed nursing home. 

Outreach specialists from the Willmar clinic provide services in Benson.

Benson is a friendly community of 3,000 located on the scenic banks of the Chippewa River. It’s an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise.

The Benson/Hancock area has some of the state’s best fishing lakes nearby, including Lake Minnewaska, known for its abundant supply of walleye. Nearby Lac Qui Parle Wildlife Management Area is one of Minnesota’s premiere Canadian goose staging areas. Charlie’s Hunting Club offers over 6,000 acres of private hunting land with some of the best upland game habitat in the Midwest including pheasant, Hungarian partridge, rabbit, squirrel, and white tailed deer.

Benson area residents place a high priority on quality education. Benson Public Schools provide K-12 education to residents in School District 777, which encompasses about 400 square miles and serves approximately 1,000 students.
