Live Career Fairs

PracticeMatch Career Fair is a face-to-face venue where hospitals and groups can meet with physicians directly. It is a valuable recruiting tool for in-house recruiters.
PracticeMatch invites In-house recruiters for hospitals, groups, and other directly hiring medical facilities nationwide. A limited number of third-party recruiters may attend.
All physician specialties within the area of the event are invited. A mix of any number of specialties can be seen at PracticeMatch Career Fairs.
We use many different methods to alert physicians to our Career Fairs. These methods may include emails, texts, phone calls, social media, postcards, flyers, newspaper ads, radio spots, posters or feather flags on-site, and residency and fellowship coordinator visits. This blending of methods is crucial, since no single communication channel is adequate in this technology era.
Yes, we contact the training coordinators by email, fax, phone, and even face-to-face. We do what we can to engage them in the process, which can greatly help the physicians' careers as well as our exhibitors in contacting them.
Obviously, attendance varies based on location, the number of physicians in the area, etc. We often see 125 or more physicians at PracticeMatch Career Fairs.
Yes, we generally choose a venue that will yield the best turnout results. Since exhibitors are generally traveling anyway, we normally choose a location that is optimal for the physicians to attend.

Yes, however, cancellation notices received within 30 days of the conference date will not have fees refunded. This is necessary since within this window of time, resources have been committed to the event and cannot be refunded. Cancellations of multiple fair registrations is not permitted.
You should briefly describe your facility, including any noteworthy things that you would like physicians to know about it. These can include location specifics about the area, rankings or awards that your facility has achieved, information about the staff or culture, expansion plans, resources that would be available, etc. Keep it short (50 words are the approximate limit) and direct.

Virtual Career Fairs

No, all physicians and advanced practitioners invited to our Live Career Fairs are excluded from our Virtual Career Fair outreach efforts. We will not cross-market both fairs to the same providers. We market Virtual Career Fairs to physicians and advanced practitioners who indicate a geographic preference for a specific region. We eliminate all providers within a 100-mile radius of our live Career Fair cities from our outreach efforts for Virtual Career Fairs so there is no overlap and ROI remains high for exhibitors at both types of fair.
You will send over the states your hiring in, specialties, booth representative's names & email addresses, company logo and any other additional information you would like candidates to see.
You can have up to four booth representatives.
Each booth representative can speak with up to four candidates at a time.
Each chat is up to ten minutes. After the ten minutes is up, booth reps can extend the conversation. You can also end the conversation at any point.
At the end of each chat, booth reps can rate each candidate 1-5. That information is shared with the rest of the booth reps from your organization. You can schedule a follow-up meeting, send a follow-up email and forward the candidate.
Booth reps can expect to receive the attendee list right after event. Even if the booth reps did not speak to a candidate, they will receive all the information from anyone who signed up.
During the event, there is an option to put an away message.
The physician will reach out first. The exhibitor chooses to keep the conversation going.
Each conversation is 10 minutes. After the time is up, exhibitors have the chance to extend the conversation.
Residents, fellows, practicing physicians and APs.
