*Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor*

* Leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
* Ensuring quality patient care and safety.
* Managing staffing schedules.
* Providing training and support to nursing staff.
* Maintaining accurate patient records.
* Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
* Handling emergencies effectively.

*Qualifications of an RN Supervisor*

* Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in PA
* Experience in LTC is preferred
* Responsible, ready, and eager to work
