LVTs must be licensed in WA (1 position)
VTS Dentistry is a huge PLUS and comes with additional compensation.

We observe the legal definition of veterinary technician at our hospital, and duties are assigned accordingly but may include:
Exam support
Sample collection & General diagnostics
Cytology
Anesthesia including lengthy procedures >3-4 hours
Advanced dentistry support
Administration of medications (PO, SC, IM, IV, IP, etc)
Nursing care
Bandaging, splinting
Client education of our amazing clients
Advanced imaging
Rehabilitation appointments
Behavior services
Safe, Fear-Free animal handling in a wide variety of circumstances
Hospital maintenance
Customer care
Additional requirements:
Comfort performing procedures with the pet owner present
Sitting or standing for long periods of time
Lifting up to 40 lb repeatedly during a shift
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Multi-lingual a plus!
Punctual, responsible, conscientious, and driven!
