What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including periodontal maintenance and laser bacterial reduction (training provided).
* Educate and empower patients to take charge of their oral health.
* Use state-of-the-art tools - digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and advanced charting systems.
* Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create seamless, compassionate patient experiences.
* Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and ADA standards to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
What We're Looking For
* Current *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* license in Michigan.
* *Compassionate, positive, and team-oriented attitude.*
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience in treating all aspects of periodontal disease.
* Passion for patient education and preventive care.
* Certification in *Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide administration* a plus.
