*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in critical situations, ensuring their comfort and safety while delivering prompt and effective treatment. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

*Duties*
* Assess and triage patients presenting with various medical conditions in the emergency setting.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Conduct physical examinations and document findings accurately in patient records.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
* Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
* Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the emergency department.

*Qualifications*
* Education/Skills Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
* Experience 1 year of RN Experience Required
* Valid Registered RN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
* AHA BLS Certification - within two (2) weeks of employment
* AHA ACLS Certification- within eight (8) weeks of employment
* ENPC or PALS Certification - within twelve (12) months of employment
* TNCC Course - within twelve (12) months of employment
* Arrhythmia Recognition Course - within eight (8) weeks of employment
