*Job Description:*
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and leadership of the team at the center. The Registered Nurse Supervisor will also be responsible for the following:
* Lead and coordinate all nursing activities at the center, including clinical, safety, and staff development.
* Train and manage staff in all aspects of nursing practice and patient care delivery, including patient care, conduct, and conduct at all site sites.
* Ensure that all infection control protocols are followed at all times and assist in developing and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
* Work with the center director to develop and implement policies that promote the center's mission and values of service to others and to society in order to maintain quality patient care.
* Maintain current knowledge of legislation affecting the field of nursing (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) as well as new technologies (e.g., electronic health record systems) and implement strategies for increased effectiveness in your area of expertise.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
* 3+ years' experience as a registered nurse or other clinical nurse specialist preferred.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision required.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
