We are currently seeking passionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) who will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, short and long term consultations and direct treatment.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan
* Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs *Collect data for each goal/objective during each teaching session*
* Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
* Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
* Supervise and train Behavior Therapists

*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*

* Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
* Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
* Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
* Trains ABA Therapist on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
* Conducts regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation.
* Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with ABA Therapists.
* Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to SBS policy and state and federal regulations.
* Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and other agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
* Local travel required when visits are scheduled at a client's home/community.

* Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts

Salary: Based on experience

Full Time Salary - 75,000-85,000 with bonus potential

This range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation is based on factors such as relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
