Mountain Lake Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Occupation Therapist to provide habilitative direct therapy services in our clinic setting on a consultant basis. Clinic spaces are located in both Port Henry and Keeseville, NY. This role will also involve the supervision of an Occupational therapy assistant, along with responsibilities of evaluations, billing and planning required. Per diem, up to 16 hours per week. Must be licensed and registered in New York State.
