*WHAT YOU'LL DO* As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide individual and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities in a structured, faith-filled environment. You'll help develop treatment plans, participate in clinical collaboration, and walk alongside patients as they pursue healing in mind, body, and spirit.
*Key Responsibilities Include:*
• Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques and interventions
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete therapy notes, group notes, BPSAs, and discharge summaries
• Actively participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and treatment team discussions
• Help maintain a therapeutic, structured, and spiritually supportive environment
• Maintain an active Florida license and CEU compliance (if licensed)
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed
• Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries with all current and former patients
• Maintain a case load of 15-30 individual sessions per week (adjusted in consideration of group facilitation)
*ROLE DETAILS*
• Pay: $60,000-$85,000/year (commensurate with licensure and experience)
• Shifts Available:
o Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm | 9am-5pm | 1pm-9pm
o Wednesday-Sunday: 8am-4pm | 9am-5pm
• Location: Greenville, FL (~35-50 minutes from Tallahassee, FL or Valdosta, GA)

*QUALIFICATIONS*
• Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Active Florida license (required)
• Experience working with adult patients with mental health or substance use disorders (preferred)
• EMDR or other trauma modality training (preferred)
• Background check and drug screening per state regulations
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records)
