Five Rivers Pet Emergency Hospital is looking to add a _*weekend, overnight, and daytime*_ veterinarian to our team! The schedule consists of three, thirteen hours shifts,. We are a _*growing, privately owned*_ emergency hospital located 10 minutes east of Knoxville city center, serving East Tennessee, VA, NC, and KY.

\*\*Duties:\*\*
* Conduct thorough examinations on animals to diagnose health conditions
* Perform surgical procedures as needed
* Prescribe medication and treatment plans
* Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment options
* Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members
* Maintain accurate medical records
* Provide emergency and critical care when necessary
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
* State licensure to practice veterinary medicine
* Knowledge of animal physiology, anatomy, and laboratory procedures
* Experience in pet care, dog handling, and kennel management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a veterinary practice effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
