*Position Overview*:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, independent, and customer-focused Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Though employed by Elevation Pulmonary Services, you will work full-time within one of our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, has great energy, and is passionate about patient care and education.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Perform nebulizer treatments, incentive spirometry treatments, flutter device treatments, tracheotomy care, and other therapeutic exercises.
* Assess patients for program eligibility and provide tailored education on the purpose and benefits of the program.
* Oversee billing processes and conduct chart audits to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
* Work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to evaluate the ongoing need for services and proper placement.
* Serve as a key representative of Elevation Pulmonary Services, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
*Qualifications*:
* Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state.
* Strong ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar healthcare environments is a plus.
