*Job Summary*

Bridger Orthopedic is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Bozeman. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine caseload in a positive, team-oriented setting. We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping patients recover, move better, and live pain-free.

*Responsibilities*

* Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
* Provide patient education on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
* Contribute to a supportive, team-focused clinic culture.

*Qualifications*

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
* Current Montana PT license (or eligibility prior to start date).
* Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred - new grads encouraged to apply!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to clinical excellence.
