Live Oak Children's Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and pediatric-experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation center located in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. We are searching for:
* Individuals who are first and foremost dedicated and enthusiastic about providing high-quality pediatric therapy for our diverse population
* Current and effective SLP knowledge and therapy skills
* Individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with other professionals, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
* Individuals who enjoy working with families and caregivers, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
* Self-motivated, organized, self-starters, with exceptional time management skills
* Speech-Language Pathologists with a Master's degree and Georgia license, or Georgia license-eligible
* Speech-Language Pathologists with a Certificate of Clinical Competence, or eligible for Clinical Fellowship
On a daily/weekly basis, our therapists:
* Conduct evaluations utilizing formal assessment, observation, and caregiver/family interview. Report these findings promptly using our stream-lined web-based EMR, outlining therapy need and defining treatment to be rendered, and measurements which will be utilized
* Provide ongoing education and home-programming for optimal home and family carry-over
* Maintain concise point of service documentation, including daily treatment notes, plans of care, evaluations and re-evaluations

* Areas of expertise include articulation, receptive language (comprehension), expressive language, pragmatic (social) language, autism spectrum disorder, feeding therapy, apraxia of speech, voice disorders, and fluency (stuttering)
* An abundance of materials, games, toys, cards, equipment, and a large variety of up-to-date assessment materials
* Our friendly and dedicated therapy and administrative team support a positive and collaborative work environment
* Work days and hours are flexible. Contract therapists set their own hours, from Monday through Friday
* CEU reimbursement: our therapists are encouraged to explore specialty niche(s), with related CEU reimbursement and program development opportunities

Pay: $52.00 - $100.00 per hour
