*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience while performing all aspects of preventive dental hygiene care. New grads welcome to apply!
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and patient education
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and take dental x-rays
• Review and update patient medical and dental histories
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide optimal patient care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Ensure compliance with all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
*Qualifications:*
• Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort and safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
*Schedule:*
• Part-time
• Office hours: Tuesday and Thursday , 8-5pm, 1 hour lunch
