*Reporting to:* Director of In-Home Clinical Services

*What You Bring to Spectrum:*

* BCBA certification
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
* 3+ years of experience working with children with autism
* Strong communication & leadership skills
* A deep alignment with Spectrum's mission and values
* Passion to lead with integrity, empathy, and vision
