We're a locally owned, family-run physical therapy clinic in Surprise, AZ with a reputation for clinical excellence, personalized care, and a strong community presence. While our specialty and the core of our patient population is vestibular and balance rehabilitation, we also treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports injury, and neurological cases.

Whether you're an experienced vestibular clinician or new to the specialty, you'll be fully supported every step of the way.
